* MUST INFORM THE COMPANY BEFORE SIX MONTHS FOR CANCELLATION OF FRANCHISE (STOCK POINT)
* NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR ANY KIND OF PRODUCT IN MIDAS

* If franchise is selling other MLM company products , or any other products, we have right to terminate and cancel the agreement of particular franchise ( stock point)
* Any kind of misleading or misreplacing of products is not entertained
* We do not have any money lending Schemes , Income is generated only through selling products
* Franchise should not sell any products or services more than MRP
* All the terms and conditions which are stated in stock point (franchise) agreement bond are also applicable.
